Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed successfully on our website, it cannot be cancelled by the customer. Please review your cart and address details carefully before completing your purchase.

We reserve the right to cancel an order from our end in case of:

• Technical or pricing errors
• Out of stock or unavailable items
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity

If we cancel an order, you will be notified promptly and refunded in full.

Returns (Damaged Products Only)

We accept returns only for items that are damaged upon delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• You must provide a clear, unedited live unboxing video taken from the moment the package is opened.
• The damage must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.

Returns without video proof or reported after the 24-hour window will not be accepted.

Return Process

If your return request is approved after verification, we will:

• Arrange for return shipping (at our cost)
• Inspect the returned product upon receipt

Only after successful inspection, we will proceed with the refund.

Refunds

Once the returned product is approved as damaged, your refund will be processed manually within 5-7 business days to your original payment method or preferred bank account.

Refund timelines may vary based on bank processing times. We’ll notify you once the refund is initiated.
