Welcome to Zauvora. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms) govern your use of our website and services. By creating an account, placing an order, or interacting with our platform, you agree to comply with the following terms.

1. Account Creation & User Eligibility

• To place an order on our website, creating an account is mandatory.
• You must be at least 18 years old or using the site under the supervision of a legal guardian.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
• You may request the deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.

2. Product Information

We sell handcrafted temple jewelry, anti-tarnish jewelry, imitation jewelry, and similar artificial accessories. While we strive for accuracy in all product images and descriptions, minor variations may occur due to lighting and screen resolution differences.

3. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled by the customer.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of unforeseen technical issues, inventory errors, or stock unavailability.
• You will be notified promptly and refunded if such a cancellation occurs.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
• We accept secure payments through Razorpay, including UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking.
• We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We currently ship within India only.
• Orders are processed within 2 business days.
• Estimated delivery timeframe: 6–12 business days, depending on your location.
• We offer standard delivery only.
• Free shipping is applicable on all orders above ₹500.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We accept returns and exchanges only in cases of damaged items. The following conditions must be met:

• A live unboxing video is mandatory as proof. Returns or exchanges without a complete, unedited unboxing video will not be accepted.
• The damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Requests made after this period or without valid proof will be rejected.
• We will cover the return shipping cost for eligible damaged products.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after verifying the returned item.

7. Packaging

Zauvora uses eco-friendly packaging for all orders. We aim to deliver not just premium jewelry, but also a sustainable and responsible experience.
